Established in 2001 as PT CIME International Services, the company rebranded to PT CIME Global Teknologi in 2013 following a restructuring of its shareholder composition.
The company is widely recognised for its integrity and excellence across engineering design, procurement (local and international), manufacturing, assembly and site installation. It is designated a high-risk service provider given the complex nature of its field operations — particularly high-pressure, high-temperature environments.

PT Putra Matahari shares the same business scope as PT CIME Global Teknologi, operating as a sister company classified as a mid-sized business. Its story spans more than two decades.
Founded as CV Putra Matahari, a general supplier serving Total ELF and CV Istana Karang Laut as major clients — well known for supplying flange pipes and Desautel fire extinguishers.
Legal status changed to PT Putra Matahari, and the company became the official agent for Desautel and Sarasin across the Asia region.
Stepped back from its agency role to focus on instrumentation and manpower supply.
Operates as a sister company of PT CIME Global Teknologi within the same business scope, as a mid-sized business.
